Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer either a full refund or a reshipment at no additional cost.

  • To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at daisuke.shimada@revivekicks.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


Non-Damaged Orders

  • No refunds will be offered for any other reasons besides product damage or defect.

  • We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing checkout.


Shipping Delays

While we strive for prompt fulfillment, occasional shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Human error

  • Postal carrier issues

If a delay occurs, we may offer a discount or store credit at our discretion, handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that shipping delays alone do not qualify for an automatic refund.
